VOLUNTEERING

CMOS is seeking 20 student/post-doctoral fellow (PDF) volunteers for the 2023 Congress.

Main responsibilities during the Congress include (a) technical support for in-person and online sessions; (b) help at the registration desk, and (c) other technical and organizational assistances required by the Local Organizing Committee.

No experience required. A short training session will be provided before the Congress.

High-quality service from our volunteers is very important for the success of the Congress. As a gratitude, the Congress registration fee will be waived for student/PDF volunteers.

Graduate students and/or PDFs who will present their research results at the Congress are encouraged to apply for the volunteer positions. Positions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
