Oral Presentation
The time allowed for each oral presentation will be 15 minutes, with 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers (except some invited speakers who will be given 30 minutes total).
In-person Attendance
Room assignments for your presentation will be provided to you when you arrive at the Congress. Presentations will be pre-loaded on the laptop in your presentation room.
Please build your PowerPoint presentation in a 16:9 format and forward your PowerPoint to , by May 10, 2023. Please name your file with the presenter’s last name and the presentation title. In case of technical difficulties or updates, please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick to the Congress. PPT format is preferred, however PDF formatted presentations will be accommodated.
The following AV equipment will be provided in your presentation room: screen, LCD projector, PC laptop, podium, and podium mic. Rooms will also have WiFi. If your presentation is built on a Mac please convert your Keynote presentation to PowerPoint.
Virtual Attendance
The Congress will be offered in a hybrid format. If you are not able to attend in-person, you may present remotely. Remote presenters will be provided with a “presenter login” and are asked to join the session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you cannot be present at your presentation time, please submit a pre-recorded presentation in MP4 format that is no more than 12 minutes in length. Pre-recorded presentations will be included in the program at the time/date referred to above. Pre-recorded presentations should be forwarded to by May 10, 2023.
